Whether you are new in Regensburg or have been living here for some time, finding your way in a different country can be challenging. Rules change, new questions arise and everyday life may still feel confusing. We support you in finding clarity and moving forward. Our counselling is personal, confidential and free of charge.

We offer free and confidential counselling tailored to your personal situation. Together, we look at what kind of support you need and plan the next steps.
We can help you with:
- Residence questions, authorities and letters
- Housing, health, family and daily life
- Work, education and orientation
- Understanding forms and procedures
The counselling is voluntary, independent and adapted to your pace.

- 2 in-person sessions: Mondays 10:00 AM–4:00 PM, Nidermair Room on the ground floor (accessible); Tuesdays 10:00 AM–1:00 PM, Ottin Room on the 1st floor
- 1 online consultation day: Wednesdays 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
